Kelly Hunter is the owner and a principal landscape architect of FRP. She plays a key role in the firm’s pivotal projects, with an emphasis on post-secondary and institutional projects. Kelly approaches each project with the philosophy that thoughtfully designed, accessible and immersive outdoor experiences are vital components of health and well being and play a foundational role in fostering environmental stewardship.
As a key principal of the firm, Kelly oversees all aspects of project work across the organization’s diverse portfolio of private and public design initiatives. She maintains a leadership role as the primary liaison for clients, consultant teams, project stakeholders, reviewing agencies and contractors. With extensive experience managing projects from concept to implementation, Kelly ensures that each initiative aligns with the firm’s vision and client goals. Her technical expertise underpins the firm’s quality control and construction administration processes, fostering design excellence and delivering projects to their fullest potential.
